Responsibilities:
📚 Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEMH students.
📚 Provide individualized support and interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning.
📚 Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop effective strategies for student success.

Requirements:
🔍 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), DBS on update service or willing to get one
🔍 Experience working with SEMH students
🔍 Strong behavior management skills
🔍 Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
